Make the most of what you find in your refrigerator or from assorted seafood ingredients. This cold Ajillo pairs well with slices of baguette♪
It is an excellent recipe to entertain your guests at a house party!
★Ingredients🍴for 2-3
Assorted seafood (Sashimi grade) 150g
1/4 Red onion
1/4 Paprika
1 Celery 1
Olives to taste
Chopped parsley to taste
【Ingredients for the secret Dressing】
ORO del DESIERTO – Coupage 4.5 tablespoons
Salted malt 2 teaspoons
Vinegar 1/2 tablespoon
Lemon Juice 1/2 tablespoon
Shredded garlic cloves 1 teaspoon
Salmon roe to taste
※ Add salt to adjust the taste!
★Directions
1.Cut each ingredient into bite-sized pieces. Defrost assorted seafood if using a frozen product.
2. Stir all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl.
3. Add the mixture of #1 into the dressing.
4. Place the mixture with the dressing on a plate. Add Salmon roe to garnish the mixture.
