Steamed or boiled Broccoli and sauteed garlic

It is addictive!

Ingredients for 3-4 people
・Broccoli :1 (medium to large size)
・Garlic    :1clove
・Ponzu source :As needed
・Salt    :As needed
・Black papper:As needed
・Extra Virgin Olive Oil:Generous amount

Directions:
1. Sauteed sliced garlic with ORO DEL DESIERTO, extra virgin olive oil。
2. Cut the broccoli into bite size pieces.Boil or steam the broccoli florets(If you boil, sprinkle a pinch of salt to boiling water.)
3. Steam or boil the broccoli to taste. Once cooked, dry the broccoli with a sheet of kitchen paper or the equivalent. Place the broccoli on a plate. Sprinkle black pepper and drizzle Ponzu source onto the broccoli.
4. Sauteed the garlic until golden brown then place it on the broccoli.
5. Pour the olive oil from the sauteed garlic over the dish.
