Avocado Sashimi splashed by Organic Olive Oil from Oro del Desierto!

A combination of rich avocado and amazingly fruity organic olive oil from Oro del Desierto is a perfect match to satisfy your empty stomach right before your main course!

For 1 to 2 persons:

1 avocado
Sea salt
Organic Olive Oil by Oro del Desierto! (a must item)


  1. Cut the avocado in half without breaking the pit. Rotate each half to open it.  Remove the avocado pit and peel the skin.
  2. Avocado flesh is very fragile.  Slice it very carefully.
  3. Stagger the sliced sliced avocado and place it on the plate you like.
  4. Splash a generous amount of Oro del Desierto Organic Olive Oil and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
  5. Squeeze a slice of lemon if you would like.  That’s it!
