For 1 to 2 persons:
Organic Olive Oil by Oro del Desierto! (a must item)
- Cut the avocado in half without breaking the pit. Rotate each half to open it. Remove the avocado pit and peel the skin.
- Avocado flesh is very fragile. Slice it very carefully.
- Stagger the sliced sliced avocado and place it on the plate you like.
- Splash a generous amount of Oro del Desierto Organic Olive Oil and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
- Squeeze a slice of lemon if you would like. That’s it!
