・10 Large eggs
・1 tbsp Vinegar
･ Salt (as you needed)
･ 3 tbsp ORO DE SIERTO Extra virgin olive oil
･ 7-8 Pitted black olives
･ Parsley (as you needed)
Directions:

1, Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to maintain a bare simmer and cook for 8 minutes.
2, Cut boiled eggs in half and remove egg yolk for the mix.
[How to make the mix]
1, Chop black olives.
2, Place black olives, egg yolk, salt and vinegar in a bowl and mix them well.
3, Add ORO DEL DESIERTO Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the mix little by little and whisk.
4, Place mixture into the hollows of the boiled egg whites and dress each finished egg with parsley.
