Ingredients
・Potato 1 large potato
・Anchovy paste … 1 tsp
・Garlic … 1/2 clove
・Mayonnaise … 2 tbsp
・Paprika powder … as needed
・Dill … as desired
・ORO DEL DESIERTO Coupage … 1 tbsp
Direction
1. Slice the potato into thin strips and rinse in water to remove excess starch.
2. Bring water to a boil, cook the potato strips for 1 minute, then chill in ice water.
3. Drain well, mix with anchovy paste, grated garlic, and mayonnaise. Finish with a drizzle of ORO DEL DESIERTO Coupage, then sprinkle paprika powder and dill to taste.
