Credit Card
We accept AMEX, Visa, and Mastercard. Cards must be in the purchaser's name. Payment is charged in a single installment.
Bank Transfer
Please note that bank transfer fees are the customer's responsibility. Payment must be completed within 7 days of your order date. Orders with no confirmed payment after 7 days will be automatically cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Shipping
We ship within Japan only. Orders are typically delivered within 10 business days of purchase.
Please note:
- If an item is out of stock or on backorder, delivery may be delayed beyond the standard timeframe.
- If your order has not arrived within 10 days, please contact Reina Customer Care.
- Delivery dates and times may be affected by natural disasters, weather conditions, traffic, or regional circumstances, even if a preferred delivery time was specified.
- In-store pickup is available at select partner locations. You can choose this option during checkout under Shipping Method.
Returns & Refunds
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged (including breakage or leakage during transit), we will exchange it at no charge. Please contact us by phone or email within 8 days of delivery, and return the item in its original packaging. We will cover the return shipping cost.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 8 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and all tags and accessories are still attached. Return shipping is covered by Reina. Once the returned item is received, we will process your refund promptly. The refund method will depend on your original payment method.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on used items or items with removed tags. In such cases, any return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
