Point

• Points are granted 7 days after the shipment date.
• You earn 1 point for every 100 yen (tax included).
• Earned points can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.
• Some products are not eligible for point redemption.
• Amounts discounted using points are not eligible for point accrual.
• Points for special-price items are granted based on the amount paid.

Shipping Fees

• A flat rate of 1,000 yen applies to all regions except Hokkaido and Okinawa.
• Shipping to Hokkaido and Okinawa is 1,500 yen regardless of purchase amount.
• For a single purchase exceeding 10,000 yen (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa), domestic shipping within Japan is free.

For credit card payments, the withdrawal date varies depending on your card company’s billing cycle and contract terms. Please contact your card issuer for details.
For bank transfers/remittances, please complete payment within 7 days of purchase.
If payment cannot be confirmed, the order will be canceled.

Shipping

• Delivery is available within Japan only.
• Standard delivery time is within 10 business days from purchase.
• Shipment preparation begins once payment is confirmed.
  
• If the ordered item is out of stock or not yet in stock, delivery may not be possible within the above timeframe.
  
• If your order has not arrived within 10 days, please contact Reina Customer Care.
• Even if you specify a delivery date and time, delays may occur due to natural disasters, weather, traffic conditions, or regional circumstances.
• In-store pickup at partner locations is available when selecting the delivery method during checkout.
• For customers visiting Japan from overseas and requesting delivery to a Japanese address, hotel, ryokan, or private rental, the responsibility for receiving the package rests with the purchaser.

Returns & Refunds

• Items damaged during delivery (e.g., breakage, leakage) may be exchanged within 8 days from the delivery date.
  Please return the item in the original packaging to the Reina Customer Care address.
  To ensure smooth processing, please contact Customer Care by phone or email within 8 days of delivery.
  Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by us.

• Returns are accepted only if:

  ・Requested within 8 days of delivery
  ・The item is unused and all tags and accessories remain attached

• Refund methods vary depending on the original payment method.
• Refund processing begins immediately after the returned item is received.
• Return shipping costs for eligible returns will be covered by us.

• Returns will not be accepted for:

  ・Used items
  ・Items with removed tags or missing accessories
  In such cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
