Recruitment Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Japan. Reina Inc. does not provide assistance with work visas. Consideration will be given to those with a valid work visa or working holiday visa for 8 months or more who wish to work part-time.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English. Priority in the selection process will be given to those proficient in Japanese and English, or other foreign languages. English proficiency standard: TOEFL 550 points or TOEIC 800 points. (Certificate required at the time of interview)
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to temporarily relocate within Japan or overseas.

Working Conditions

Successful candidates for full-time employment will be offered benefits such as welfare programs. Interviews will be scheduled sequentially for applicants who meet the recruitment requirements from among those who have applied for employment. After the interview, full-time employees who receive an offer will undergo new employee training and are required to complete a six-month probationary period. We recognize university degrees from around the world as equivalent to those from universities in Japan. Product Development researches the latest trends in domestic and international trade and develops new products for consumers.

IT Technician

Information Technology (IT) Technicians manage our computer systems and provide necessary knowledge and assistance to our staff in operating computer systems as needed. IT Technicians will be entrusted with planning the introduction of software and developing technology required by our company in the future.

General Affairs

General Affairs Assistant

General Affairs Assistants provide support for the daily operations of the company under the General Affairs Manager. This position requires accounting experience, international trade experience, and English proficiency.
