Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a defective item, we will exchange it or issue a full refund regardless of whether the package has been opened. Please contact us by phone within 8 days of delivery. Requests made after 8 days cannot be accommodated. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference or change of mind.
Return shipping and handling costs will be covered by us in cases of defective items, damage during transit, or incorrect items received.
