Shipping policy

Packaging & Shipping

All orders are packed in our branded packaging and shipped via Yamato Transport. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–4 business days of purchase. Orders placed on Sundays, national holidays, or the 3rd Tuesday of the month will be shipped on the next available business day. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please contact us if your order has not arrived within 10 days.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard: ¥1,000 flat rate (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa)
  • Hokkaido & Okinawa: ¥1,500 flat rate
  • Free shipping on orders over ¥10,000 (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa)

Shipping Restrictions for Food, Alcohol, and Regulated Products

Certain products are subject to shipping and sales restrictions under the laws of various countries. Our products are shipped from Japan (with the exception of "Oro del Desierto"). Import and export regulations in your country or delivery destination outside Japan may restrict the delivery of certain items by courier.

Before placing an order, please ensure you are familiar with the import/export regulations applicable to your delivery address. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from our inability to deliver to your specified address.

If we determine that a shipment cannot be made to an international address due to import/export restrictions, we will notify you by email and either issue a full refund or work with you to confirm an alternative delivery address. If we do not receive a response within 7 days of that email, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Please note that domestic shipping within Japan, as well as international orders shipping to a Japanese address, are not subject to any such restrictions.


Returns & Exchanges

If your item arrives with a defect or fault, we will exchange it free of charge. Please contact us at info@reinaltd.com within 8 days of delivery and return the item in its original condition and packaging. We will reimburse the return shipping cost.

We also accept returns on unopened, unused items. Please contact us within 8 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, and will be processed once the returned item has been received. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We are unable to offer refunds or cover shipping costs for items that have been opened or used.
