REINA’s Simple Recipe Vol.08 “Endless Salad with New Onion and Cilantro”
REINA presents an easy recipe featuring our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Oro del Desierto.
This time, we’re using Picual to create a refreshing “endless” salad with new-season onion and cilantro.
〈Ingredients〉
・New onion … 1/2
・Cilantro … 1 bunch
★ Dressing
・Ponzu … 1 tbsp
・Soy sauce … 1/2 tsp
・Gochujang … 1/2 tsp
・Garlic … 1/2 clove
・Oro del Desierto Picual … 2 tbsp
・Honey … 1/2 tsp
〈Instructions〉
1. Thinly slice the new onion and pat dry thoroughly with kitchen paper.
2. Combine all ★ dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
3. Add the onion and cilantro to the bowl and toss gently to coat.
