REINA's Simple Recipe Vol.19 “Apple & Prosciutto Yogurt Dip”

REINA presents a simple recipe using the organic extra virgin olive oil Oro del Desierto.
This time, we’re making “Apple & Prosciutto Yogurt Dip” featuring the Coupage variety.

The saltiness of prosciutto, the freshness of apple, and the creaminess of yogurt pair beautifully with Oro del Desierto.

＜Ingredients＞
・Apple: 1/2
・Prosciutto: 40g
・Greek yogurt: 70g
・Nuts of your choice: as needed
・Parsley: as needed
・Black pepper: as needed
・Oro del Desierto Coupage: as needed

＜Instructions＞
1. Finely chop the prosciutto and mix it with Greek yogurt.
2. Spread the mixture onto sliced apples and arrange on a plate. 
3. Top with nuts, parsley, and black pepper, then finish generously with Oro del Desierto Coupage.
