[Ingredients] (20 servings)
Cake flour...180g
Cocoa powder (unsweetened)...20g
Sugar...30g
Olive oil...60g
Powdered sugar...as needed
[Instructions]
1. Sift the cake flour and cocoa powder into a bowl, then add the sugar and olive oil and mix.
2. Divide into 20 equal portions, roll into balls, and bake in a 170°C oven for 17-18 minutes.
3. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
