Can't stop eating!
Broccoli with Fried Garlic, generously drizzled with Olive Oil
Ingredients (serves 3-4)
・Broccoli: 1 head
・Garlic: 1 clove
・Ponzu: to taste
・Salt: to taste
・Black pepper: to taste
・Oro del Desierto: generously
1. Put Oro del Desierto olive oil and sliced garlic in a frying pan and heat.
2. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and blanch in salted water (15-20g salt per 1 liter of water).
3. Once cooked to your desired tenderness, drain with a paper towel and arrange on a plate. Drizzle with black pepper and ponzu.
4. When the garlic from step 1 turns golden, remove and add to the plate from step 3.
5. Heat the oil from step 1 and pour over the broccoli. Done!
