REINA’s Simple Recipe Vol.15 “Open Sandwich with Roasted Sweet Potato Cream”
Introducing a recipe made with organic extra virgin olive oil!
This time, we used Oro del Desierto “Nouveau 1/10 (One-Ten)”.
＜Ingredients＞
・Roasted sweet potato … 100g
・Baguette … 2 slices
・Prosciutto … 20g
・Mascarpone … 40g
・Butter … 10g
・Black pepper … to taste
・Oro del Desierto Nouveau 1/10 … to taste
＜Instructions＞
1. Place the roasted sweet potato in a heat-resistant container and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes without covering.
2. Peel the sweet potato, transfer to a bowl, add butter, and mash while mixing.
3. Spread the sweet potato mixture and mascarpone on toasted baguette, top with prosciutto, and finish with plenty of Oro del Desierto olive oil and black pepper.
