今回は、ピクアルを使った『生ハムパテ』です。
〈材料〉
・生ハム 120g
・生クリーム 70g(乳脂肪分35%)
・オロデルデシエルト ピクアル 大さじ1
・黒胡椒 適量
・はちみつ 適量
・バゲット 適量
〈作り方〉
①生ハム、生クリーム、オロデルデシエルトをいれてミキサーで混ぜる。
②清潔な容器に入れて冷蔵庫で最低1時間冷やす。
③バゲットを焼き、はちみつや黒胡椒を添えて完成。
※冷蔵庫で5日程度保存可能
