REINA’s Simple Recipe Vol.24 “Prosciutto Pâté Ready in 3 Minutes”

REINA presents a Simple Recipe using the organic extra virgin olive oil Oro del Desierto.

This time, we’re featuring a quick and elegant dish made with Picual:
“Prosciutto Pâté Ready in 3 Minutes.”

〈Ingredients〉
・120 g prosciutto
・70 g heavy cream (35% fat)
・1 tbsp Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Oro del Desierto" Picual

・Black pepper (to taste)
・Honey (to taste)
・Baguette (as needed)

〈Instructions〉
1. Combine prosciutto, heavy cream, and Oro del Desierto Picual in a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Transfer to a clean container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
3. Toast the baguette and serve with honey or black pepper.

** Keeps for about 5 days in the refrigerator.
