
Reina's Easy Recipes, Vol. 13: "Summer Tomato Somen You'll Want to Eat Every Day"
Reina introduces a simple recipe for organic extra virgin olive oil "Oro del Desierto"!
This time, it's "Summer Tomato Somen" using "Coupage."
・Somen noodles 90g
★Soup base
・Tomato juice 100ml
・Mentsuyu (noodle soup base) 2 tbsp
・Grated garlic 1 tsp
・Oro del Desierto Coupage 2 tbsp
・Tabasco 2 shakes
★Toppings
・Tenkasu (tempura scraps) appropriate amount
・Green onions appropriate amount
・Parmesan cheese appropriate amount
・Black pepper appropriate amount
①Mix all ★ ingredients in a bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
②Boil somen noodles for the indicated time, then cool them in ice water.
③Place the well-drained noodles in a bowl, pour ① over them, add the ★toppings, and finish by drizzling with more Oro del Desierto Coupage if desired.
