オーガニック・エキストラバージン・オリーブオイル「オロ デル デシエルト」を使ったレシピをご紹介！
揚げ焼き茄子のお味噌汁
材料（2～3人前）
・茄子 1本
・麦味噌 大さじ1
・和風だし 1パック
・小葱 適量
・オロ デル デシエルト たっぷり
1.茄子のへたを取り、2～3cmの輪切りにする。
2.フライパンにオリーブオイルを1cmほど入れ、茄子を揚げ焼きにする。
3.和風だしのパックを鍋に入れ、だしを取る。
4.揚げ焼きにした茄子を鍋に入れ、味噌を溶き入れる。
5.小口切りにした小葱を入れ、オリーブオイルを回しかけて、できあがり。
夏野菜を使ったお味噌汁にオリーブオイルを回しかけると、ふわっと香りが立ってきます。
お召し上がり直前にかけるのがおすすめです。
