● Oven-baked Chicken and Vegetables
【Ingredients】
Onion ... 1/2
Chicken ... 300g
Carrot ... 1/2
Celery ... 1/2 stalk
Bell pepper ... 1/2
Parsley ... to taste
Salt ... to taste
Black pepper ... to taste
Oro del Desierto ... to taste
【Instructions】
1. Slice the onion and celery, and cut the other ingredients to your desired size.
2. Place the cut chicken from step 1, then scatter the sliced onion and celery. Season with salt and black pepper on top.
3. Drizzle generously with olive oil and let it sit for a while.
4. Preheat the oven to 180-200°C.
5. Place the prepared ingredients from step 3 into the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
6. Once the chicken is cooked through, add the bell pepper and carrot to the container and bake again for about 5 minutes.
7. Finish by drizzling with olive oil and scattering parsley. Done!
