
Easy Fluffy German Potatoes
Ingredients (serves 3)
・3 medium potatoes
・1/2 medium carrot
・5 wieners
・2 tbsp Oro del Desierto olive oil
・1 clove garlic
・Salt and pepper or black pepper, to taste
・A little parsley
Instructions
1. Cut the potatoes and carrots into your desired size. Cut the wieners in half diagonally.
2. Mince the garlic.
3. Place the cut potatoes in a heat-resistant dish, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500W for about 2 minutes. This will make them soft and reduce cooking time.
*Potatoes with skin are also recommended!
*Depending on how they are cut, they may not cook evenly, so reheat in 30-second intervals if necessary.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the minced garlic.
5. Add the wieners, potatoes, and carrots and sauté. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with parsley to finish, and it's done!
This is a simple seasoning with salt, pepper, and olive oil, but the aroma of Oro del Desierto really stands out.
Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Although not pictured, you can also add onions if you like.
