A huge steak and a generous amount of fresh olive oil!
Let us introduce a very simple recipe, which you need only three (3) ingredients!
Ingredients|
A piece of steak (The bigger, the better!)
A bunch of asparagus (As any as you would like)
A generous amount of Coupage from Oro del Desierto(Arbequina goes well too)
Recipe|
1) Grill asparagus first on a grill or a frying pan (Ideally if you have gas stoves, it is better)
2) Once asparagus start getting cooked, place a piece of steak on the same grill or the pan.
3) When the steak is cooked(depending on how you would like the steak to be cooked), plate the steak.
4) You may plate the asparagus first or the steak first. Be creative!

**You may add salt and black pepper. We recommend that you use natural salt.
